We want you to love your Moost Bag. Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return within 14 days of your original purchase date. Is it easy to return items?
- Yes, email Austin@moostbags.com to get started. We will provide step by step instructions including the return mailing address.
Return Shipping Costs:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How do I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and are beginning the monetary refund process. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Can I exchange my Moost Bag?
- Of course. Simply follow the steps to return your first bag, & purchase a new one!
I received a Moost Bag as a gift, but I'd like to return it. What now?
- If the purchase was made within 14 days, you can follow the steps listed above. The monetary return will come to you in the form of a Gift Certificate to use on the Moost Bag of your dreams!
What items are returnable?
- Items purchased in the last 14 days.
- All items must be in the condition in which they arrived to you. It is the discretion of the Moost Bag store as to approve or deny the refund do to the returned condition of the bag.
What items are not returnable?
- Sale Items or Items on Sale
- Any Campaign indicating 'FINAL SALE'
- Hand painted Inner Bags and Handles
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
- Custom Orders
